About us

Nirvana Beauty is a premium brow bar which excels in its treatments, maintaining high standard of service at a very reasonable and affordable price right in the heart of Shepherd's Bush. We offer a drop in service making it convenient for everybody.

We at Nirvana Beauty follow your natural line of your eyebrows and define the shape according to your facial features. A proper consultation is done prior to shaping to discuss individual requirement and extra care is taken to ensure that it is achieved. The therapists are very experienced and undergo personal training to maintain higher standard of service. A high level of hygiene with excellence in treatments is the motto of Nirvana Beauty.

About the founder - Pooja Verma started her training as a beauty therapist and make up artist as a teenager and started helping her mother Rajni Verma in the family business of beauty salon. In search of more intense and in-depth further knowledge in beauty she moved to London in 2005. Since then she trained as a qualified beauty therapist and started her career in some high profile premium beauty salon. Due to her vast knowledge and experience in grooming clients of all age groups she decided to move further.

In 2012, Pooja took her first step to the path of her dreams and started a brow bar Named Nirvana Beauty in West 12 shopping centre Shepherds bush, Greater London.

Threading

What is Threading? Threading is an ancient method of hair removal which originated in Eastern World and is gaining increasing popularity in Western World. A twisted cotton thread is rolled over untidy hairlines and other areas of unwanted hair, removing it at the follicle level.

Why Threading is better? Threading removes an entire line of hair at a time resulting in quick, cleaner and precise shaping, unlike plucking, which removes one hair at a time.

Threading is kinder to skin than waxing as no heat or chemicals are applied on the skin and don't pull the skin. Threading makes the re-growth finer and softer. Depending on individual hair growth, it can last from 2 to 4 weeks.

Lash Extension

Nirvana Beauty offers individual lash extensions which come in clusters of few hair which we apply in between the lashes according to the required look. They should last up to 10-14 days. Avoid rubbing and picking them. Avoid using mascara on the lashes. Swimming is fine but goggles would help. Stay away from steam, sauna and hot baths for the first 24 hours. Use oil free make up remover. If they start falling don't be tempted to pick them as they might damage your own lashes. You can come to us for a removal service.

At Nirvana. we provide single eyelash extension in which one by one lashes are applied on the natural lash according to the required look. They can last upto 4-6 weeks with Infills. We also provide individual(cluster) eyelash extension which comes in cluster of few lashes applied in between the lashes according to the required look. They should last for upto 10-14 days.

Lash Permimg

Lash perm is a semi-permanent beauty procedure that creates a curl in natural lashes and lifts them up to open up the eyes. It lasts for around 2-3 months. Patch test would be required at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.

Avoid using any make up on the lashes for at least 24 hours. Don't use eyelash curlers on top as these might damage your lashes and curls.

Tinting

Brow tint can last for up to 2-3 weeks and Lash tint can last for up to 4-6 weeks which enhances the brows and lashes and gives an illusion of thicker and darker brows & lashes.

Patch Test

A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
If a treatment is required without a patch test than a disclaimer have to be signed which agrees for the therapist to continue with the treatment. Nirvana Beauty cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions which may occur due to tinting, lash perm lotions or lash glue.

HD Brows

What is HD Brows? It's a unique treatment for creating perfectly well-groomed, high definition eyebrows. The HD Brows procedure transforms the way you look and more importantly, how you feel. Unlike other eyebrow treatments that use a 'one shape fits all' technique, HD Brows stylists assess face shape and colouring before creating a bespoke brow, tailored exclusively for the client.

Using a combination of skills, from preparation and personal consultation to custom blending, designing, creating and tailoring the shape as well as customised aftercare, HD Brows stylists can transform a face to such an extent that the effect has been likened to a mini facelift.
